Entrepreneurial Digital Media and Webmaster

Excellent entry level position for hard-working, highly motivated, marketing-minded web and A/V candidate.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial digital media and web genius to own our websites, online sales, blogging, web-based student relationships, partnerships, media creation and A/V for all events.  Must be a results-driven, creative, self-starter. Will be responsible for driving revenue through all digital media channels including social media, websites, outbound e-marketing campaigns, etc. Also responsible for production, collecting, organizing, posting, downloading and leveraging all media and content including written content, audio, and video. Must be able to run a sound board, operate web and telecasts, and troubleshoot AV.

Must be able to solve problems quickly and effectively, and serve as a one-person web team and production crew as well as recruiting and supervising interns.

As an integral part of our marketing team your duties would include, but not be limited to:

  • Web design, coding, and posting
  • Online sales efforts
  • Online video and audio management
  • A/V and Tech support for events and webinars
  • Web and social media analytics
  • First-line technical support for IT and A/V around the office

The Job:
We are looking for a real go-getter to serve as an Executive/Personal Assistant to our CEO and President. Duties include a wide variety of administrative tasks, personal assistance and project coordination, including but not limited to: 

  • Shared reception duties on phone and in executive suite
  • Serve as liaison to internal and external team members and clients
  • Manage yourself and a team of interns/work-study students to accomplish errands, transcription, and event preparation tasks
  • Draft, edit, format, distribute, and file project documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Update and maintain team schedules and contacts
  • Generating weekly and monthly project status, sales pipeline, and activity reports
  • Must have flexibility for some evening and weekend work.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree. 2 years of related experience a plus.

Approximately half of your time will be spent pitching media and speaking engagements for two best-selling authors and educators. Drs. Bob & Judith Wright have become sought after experts on a host of lifestyle, business, and leadership issues such as time management, high performance teams, relationships, family, sales, and "soft addictions"--seemingly harmless habits that rob you of time, energy, and resources.

The other half of your time will be spent assisting the Director of Marketing and running, managing, promoting, and overseeing the speaking engagements that Drs. Wright and their staff obtain/schedule. From online promoting to email marketing to face-to-face event management you will expand your current skill set as you learn to juggle a variety of different event aspects.

You will learn about meetings and media as you identify, evaluate, develop and secure speaking engagements with diverse organizations--industry associations, churches, women and men's groups, and more -- as well as radio, TV, and magazine appearances. You will also be prospecting to attract new students to our dynamic and proven educational programs.

Must be a great problem solver with high-level computer proficiency (MS Office), knowledgeable around social media sites, and excellent grammar skills. The best candidate for the job would also have design, project management, and a variety of general administrative skills. Duties include a wide variety of administrative, personal assistant, and special projects include managing phones, email, travel and event coordination, and promoting the author/media personality to a variety of venues.
