Who We Are

We are an amazing group of people who are dedicated to discovering who we can be. We are knocking the doors off of our limited perceptions, challenging our mistaken and limiting beliefs, and exploring what is possible. We are consistently learning and applying new skills in every area of our lives. We are growing. While we celebrate each success, we are not satisfied with a simple achievement or incremental success. We participate in the process of our ongoing transformation. We are dedicated to learning and living the skills of leading a great life-and consistently blowing the doors off of what we think that is.

We are doctors, lawyers, professors, college students, stay at home moms, CEO’s, artists, entrepreneurs, salespeople, managers, nurses, midwives, accountants, marketing professionals, working in every kind of for profit and not-for-profit organization. We are single, married, in partnerships, with and without kids. We are straight, gay, or bisexual. We are Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Hindu, Sikh, atheists, and more. We are 14 to 83, (although we may participate in training when we are as young as 5-or in utero as our parents participate).

We come from every walk of life, religion, country, background, profession. What we have in common is-we grow. (We learn and apply the tools of personal transformation and success in every area of our lives.) We grow our lives, our families, our businesses and organizations, our communities, and our world.

We are people who yearn for more than traditional values – we want those too- but we want much deeper connection, much greater learning, growing, awareness, and consciousness. We crave belonging to something that really matters and makes a positive difference in every aspect of life. We crave unifying meaningful ways of being and we live these things.
