Seminars and Training
Every program at the Wright Leadership Institute has a leadership component–a leadership team in every group helps run the group and produce events. The first step is attendance on the More Life Training Weekend.
Grounded Leadership training focuses on a method of leadership developed at the Institute. You'll learn how to lead by listening and questioning. You'll also assess your leadership skills and have a map for refining your strengths and filling in your gaps.
As you progress on your leadership skill development path, you'll be eligible to attend our intensive leadership training weekends.
- Group Leadership Process training weekend, where you'll learn to bring out the best in your teams and make your groups function like high-performing sports teams.
- Personal Leadership Power weekend, where you'll build your leadership power to influence groups and contribute to individuals and groups.
- Principled-Centered Leadership training weekend, where you'll learn to lead to strong, principled decisions as you master group leadership and begin to lead by principles such as truth and accountability.
Coaching
Leadership and executive coaching allows you to work one-on-one to develop leadership strategies and refine tactics to achieve specific, measurable results. You'll receive real-time feedback as you identify the results you intend to achieve in your organization and receive coaching on how to reach them quickly.

Learning Labs
Leaders who have done intensive leadership weekends or lead high-level groups can participate in peer leadership supervision and feedback. Leadership peers provide regular feedback in a safe, challenging environment that allows levels of problem solving and honesty rarely found at work.
The Wright Leadership Institute's model is based on mutuality across all parts of an organization. Leaders see how their teams are a reflection of their own skill strengths and gaps, which allows them to more lead more effectively while developing the people they lead to their highest.
